The service
colevo is an AI assistant for small businesses. It is currently in early access and provided "as is" while we improve it.
Your responsibilities
- You review and approve actions. The assistant drafts messages and proposes actions, but nothing is sent or changed until you approve it. You are responsible for what you send.
- Not professional advice. colevo can help with finance, tax, contract, and HR-type tasks, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Review important outputs yourself, and with a qualified professional where appropriate.
- Acceptable use. Don't use colevo for anything unlawful or abusive, or to send spam.
- Your account. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Billing
Paid plans (when enabled) are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled anytime; access continues through the period you have paid for.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, colevo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
You can stop using colevo anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
